CEO of Zomato has Revealed a New Feature that many Users may Find Beneficial

The option to erase your order history—a feature we've all secretly been waiting for—has been released by Zomato. This occurred as a result of a customer's request to remove any trace of his midnight hunger from the order record. Deepinder Goyal, CEO, released this update on X.

Goyal emphasized to everyone the need to "use it responsibly." This update took some time to complete. Goyal stated that because of the feature's influence on several Zomato systems and microservices, it required some time to prioritize and develop.

"You can now delete orders from your order history on Zomato," Goyal declared. Make responsible use of it. We apologize; it took some time for us to construct and prioritize this. This affected a number of microservices and systems. We are now implementing it for every customer.

Many people made requests for this to happen, including the amusing one from Karan Singh, who said his wife had found out about his late-night ordering habits by looking through his order history.

Zomato is giving consumers more control over their ordering information and allowing our guilty pleasures a little more privacy with this new function. You can remove the orders by heading directly to the "Your Orders" tab.
