In a recent report published by Forrester Wave, Cognizant Pvt. Ltd has been awarded the Leader in B2C Global Commerce Service Provider (CSP). Keeping in mind to help eBusiness and channel strategy professionals choose the best business partners, the report published by Forrester Research Inc. focused on a range of strategy, customer experience design, technology, and managed services capabilities.
The report was primarily aimed to help the companies accelerate digital transformation and meet the rapidly changing expectations of the customers. Srinivasan Veeraraghavachary, Cognizant Executive Vice President, Products and Resources, said “Delivering a seamless experience to customers across every touch point entails comprehensive overhaul, ranging from supply chains and site operations, to marketing and merchandising.
