HCLTech and Arm collaborated to build bespoke silicon processors optimized for AI applications

HCLTech and Arm, a renowned processor IP vendor, have established a cooperation to improve bespoke silicon chips that enable AI-driven business processes.

The alliance will bring to market technologies that will allow semiconductor makers, system OEMs, and cloud service providers to improve the processing efficiency of their data center settings while meeting changing consumer needs.

"HCL Tech will leverage pre-integrated Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems (CSS) to help clients minimize development risks and swiftly deliver innovative, market-customized solutions geared toward improved performance and scalability for AI workloads," the business stated in a statement.

As a member of Arm Total Design, HCLTech gets preferred access to Neoverse CSS. This ecosystem brings together industry experts to speed the seamless delivery of Arm-based bespoke silicon chips. This access enables HCLTech to remain at the forefront of cutting-edge technology for efficiently managing AI workloads, including addressing the future demands of data center settings.
