Relata, a leading provider of innovative real estate technology solutions based in India, has expanded into Dubai via a joint venture with Cognilements International and visionary CEO Neeraj Srivastava.

The historic expansion includes Neeraj Srivastava's appointment as Chairman of Relata Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Africa, leveraging his extensive regional expertise to drive the company's growth and build a strong presence in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

In 2024, Dubai's real estate market grew by 36.5 percent compared to 2023, reaching a record of 1,80,987 transactions. The transaction value of these transactions increased by 27.2 percent, totaling $142.25 billion. As Dubai's real estate market grows, adding cutting-edge technologies is critical to attracting buyers.

The strategic expansion into Dubai capitalizes on the city's thriving real estate ecosystem, world-class infrastructure, and current development boom. Relata is well positioned to meet the region's growing demand for cutting-edge property technology solutions like as artificial intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, virtual reality (VR) experiences, and entire digital suites for onsite operations.

"Dubai's real estate sector is lively but challenging, with potential to reduce procedures, increase client interaction, and accelerate conversions. Relata's superior analytics, artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, and operational efficiencies close important gaps, allowing brokers and developers to meet the market's shifting needs. This collaboration not only puts us at the forefront of innovation, but it also strengthens Dubai's status as a global leader in real estate advancements," Srivastava added.

Srivastava provides strong regional leadership expertise to Relata, having previously served as Vice President of Tata Consultancy Services in Riyadh and Dubai, Chairman and Managing Director of TCS in Saudi Arabia, and Vice President of Wipro and Cognizant in Dubai, UAE. Srivastava's appointment demonstrates Relata's commitment to building a strong local presence while providing global knowledge.
