Accenture, a leading information technology company, and NVIDIA announced on October 2 that they were expanding their cooperation. The two tech giants will create a new business group aimed at assisting corporations in quickly scaling the use of artificial intelligence (AI).

With the inauguration of the new Accenture-NVIDIA Business Group, approximately 30,000 professionals will get training worldwide. With AI agents, the team seeks to assist customers in reimagining workflows and scaling business AI usage.

According to a press statement from the business, "The new Accenture NVIDIA Business Group will accelerate momentum with Generative AI (Gen AI) and help clients scale agentic AI systems—the next frontier of Gen AI—to drive new levels of productivity and growth."

Instead of a person filling in a prompt or automating previously completed business activities, agentic AI systems may act on the user's intent, establish new workflows, and redesign whole processes.

Accenture and NVIDIA now collaborate to assist clients in implementing and growing agent-based artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

Additionally, the new team will assist customers in utilizing Accenture's AI Refinery, which leverages the whole NVIDIA AI stack, to establish the groundwork for agentic AI capability. These will support businesses' advancement in fields including AI-powered simulation, process reinvention, and sovereign AI.

Accenture has been booking more Gen AI work every quarter; in the fourth quarter alone, the company brought in $1 billion in new business, and for the entire fiscal year, it brought in $3 billion.
