Ola Electric announced that, by December 25, it will have about 4,000 locations in its sales and servicing network.
According to a statement from Ola Electric, the Bengaluru-based company is expanding its range of electric vehicles (EVs) closer to customers in metro areas, Tier-2 cities, and Tier-3 towns with more than 3,200 new stores to complement its current footprint.
In an effort to make EVs more accessible to all Indian households, the company has started the #SavingsWalaScooter campaign, it continued.
It further stated that these outlets, which are situated next to service facilities, will guarantee that consumers receive both sales and post-purchase assistance.
"By leveraging its direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, Ola is ensuring that EV ownership becomes a reality for every household, breaking barriers to adoption and offering relief from rising petrol prices and high cost of ownership of ICE vehicles," the business stated.
With the introduction of the Gig and S1 Z scooter lines, Ola has recently increased the variety of products it offers.
According to the firm, EVs are now more affordable, with beginning pricing of Rs 39,999 and models designed for urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.
A diverse variety of consumers are also served by Ola's S1 portfolio and the impending Roadster series.
