Samsung Inks MoU with e& UAE for AI-driven Connectivity Solutions

Samsung Gulf Electronics signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with e& UAE, the telecom arm of global technology group e&, during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

This landmark agreement establishes a framework for strategic collaboration across multiple business domains, with a focus on using artificial intelligence to improve customer experiences and drive digital transformation.

The collaboration will look into cutting-edge initiatives such as AI-powered connectivity solutions, exclusive device launches, advanced eSIM capabilities, and integrated smart home experiences, demonstrating both companies' commitment to technological innovation in the region.

The collaboration focuses on a number of initiatives, including the development of next-generation AI-powered connectivity solutions tailored specifically to Samsung devices and featuring integrated AI applications.

Customers now have access to innovative value-added services, with a particular emphasis on Smile and Go Learning, as well as full integration of Samsung Care+ across all device categories. The eSIM experience will be streamlined with new number transfer functionality and push notification solutions to make device migration easier.
