WhatsApp launched WhatsApp Bharat Yatra, a program to provide on-the-ground, in-person training to small companies across India. The mobile bus tour is intended to assist small businesses fully exploit WhatsApp's strengths, hence improving their digital skills and company growth potential.
Starting in Delhi-NCR, the bus will stop at some of the region's most popular and crowded marketplaces, including Laxmi Nagar, Rajouri Garden, and Nehru Place, as well as Malviya Nagar, Amar Colony, and Safdarjung Enclave. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) will benefit from interactive demos, hands-on personalised training (to help them create their Business Profile, set up a catalog, and create an ad that clicks to start a WhatsApp chat), and expert guidance on how to use the WhatsApp Business app's key features to establish their WhatsApp presence, better connect with their customers, close sales, and grow their business enhance their activities.
