YesAgain Group, one of the world's largest Microsoft-Authorised Refurbishers for electronics maintenance and refurbishment companies, and an ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Certified company, has opened a new Middle East facility in the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone), adding another feather to the free zone's cap.

The new facility has an area of approximately 9000 square meters and an initial investment of more than 30 million AED. Yes Again hopes to triple its annual operational capacity from 100,000 to 300,000 electronic devices as a result of this expansion, addressing rising demand for its services as the company expands rapidly in the region.

The facility was inaugurated by His Excellency Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of SAIF Zone; Mohammed Shamso, Founder and CEO of YesAgain; and Dr. Ahmed Shamso, COO of YesAgain, with officials and business leaders from both sides in attendance.

Al Mazrouei toured the newly opened YesAgain facility and learned about the cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies used to maintain and refurbish laptops, tablets, smartphones, CPUs, home appliances, and other electronic components. He was also introduced to the group's sustainable environmental practices, which focus on reducing resource waste and carbon emissions during the refurbishment process.

Quality Investments

His Excellency underlined that Sharjah's selection as the Middle East expansion site for YesAgain is indicative of the emirate's rising stature as a top investment destination worldwide.

He credited the success to the ability of SAIF Zone to draw in top-notch investments, which was made possible by the astute leadership of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Sharjah Ruler and member of the Supreme Council. "His Highness's vision is aimed at positioning Sharjah as a global investment hub by offering value-added services for investors across various sectors," Al Mazrouei stated.

It is anticipated that YesAgain's expansion at SAIF Zone will significantly contribute to environmental sustainability in addition to business growth. According to him, the company's activities should save about 225 million liters of water annually, lessen dependency on rare metals, and cut CO₂ emissions by 60,000 metric tonnes annually.
