Vijay is Management Graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur and has worked with a leading Big4 Consulting firm PwC and headed HR vertical for a real estate company prior to starting Keiretsu. He has a strong background of Armed forces HR experience where he worked more than 10 years and awarded commendation by Chief of the Air Staff for an extraordinary performance. His deep knowledge of strategic management relating to HR initiatives and his eagerness to work as a solution and change agent, in order to cater the best possible services to his clients, motivated him to establish the consultancy.
